This is a Louis Vuitton round coin case. It can hold coins, of course, but also small items like bandages, medicine, and hair ties. I purchased this as a gift for my mother at a Louis Vuitton directly-managed store in Osaka quite a while ago. My mother mainly used it to hold her bathhouse tickets, so while it has aged, the condition is relatively clean, including the interior. I will also include a Louis Vuitton paper bag that was at home, although I'm not certain if it's from that time.
