The film depicts the protagonist, a genius gambler known as "Usogui," also known as "Baku Madarame," as he takes on life-or-death dangerous games in a dark gambling club that controls Japan's political and financial circles and the underworld. The "Kake-ro" is a dark gambling club that boasts immense power. Baku Madarame, also known as "Usogui," lost his membership after losing a major gamble, but he reappears when he hears that a new member, Kazuki Sadanaga, is causing trouble in the club.
