This is a tray specifically for the Iris Ohyama Rakuchin Cat Toilet. There are 12 bags, each containing 3 trays. These were stored in the cat room at my parents' house. They were stored without ever opening the cardboard box after purchase. I opened the cardboard box for this listing to check for any tears or damage to the packaging.
