The waist is adjustable. The fabric is sturdy. There is a scratch on the front right thigh of the pants (see photo 7), a stain on the right knee (see photo 9), a stain on the left knee (see photo 10), and a small scratch on the back of the right knee (see photo 8). The stains and scratches are not very noticeable because they are similar in color to the pants, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Please understand that this is a used item that a child has worn before making your purchase.
