Parts, etc. have been installed after purchase. Oil is adhering to the inside of the wrapping plastic, so it is not placed inside and is used as an underlay. I don't think it's been run much after purchase, but I haven't been able to confirm its operation. Please take a good look at the photos before purchasing. No claims and no returns, please.
