It has multiple card slots, a pocket with a zipper, and a pocket on the back. Regarding the images, images 1-5 were taken in natural light, and images 6-8 were taken under fluorescent light. I think the condition is good, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. Please note that I am not considering lowering the price.
