Thank you for viewing. This is the Kenwood KAF-A55, a USB DAC-integrated digital amplifier. It is the amplifier section of the compact audio receiver "Prodino CORE-A55". It's a small and slim amplifier that employs "full digital processing," where all stages of audio signal amplification are digitally processed. It allows for detailed settings according to your environment and preferences, such as two types of bass enhancement processing, tuning to match the connected speaker shape, and "direct playback" that bypasses equalization processing. Operation has not been confirmed for D-IN, SD card, and "D. AUDIO". Connection with a computer has been confirmed on Windows 11. It was recognized by direct USB connection without driver installation. Also, the dial knob illumination does not light up even when it is turned on. It is presumed that the LED is burnt out. Included accessories are the remote control, stand, power adapter, instruction manual, and, as a bonus, two speaker cables of approximately 2.5m each. The USB cable used for operation confirmation is also included. The remote control has a new coin cell battery installed.
