This is a junk Sony HDD & DVD recorder RDR-HX50. The reason for the junk status is that it cannot read DVD discs. Other operational checks are as follows: I was unable to confirm the image quality because there is no HDMI terminal. I confirmed the power ON/OFF. I also confirmed the HDD/DVD mode switching. The disc tray opens and closes, but it cannot read discs. Regarding the HDD, when I pressed play, it displayed "No Title" and there appears to be no recording list. When I pressed the record button, it started recording, so I think there are no problems with the HDD. I have not checked everything else properly, so I will not provide any warranty and will not accept any claims. Please take responsibility for your own actions.
