The size is 38 (M), with a waist of approximately 70 cm and a length of 62.5 cm. Made of 70% Tencel and 30% cupra. It looks like pleats, but it's a flare skirt. The fabric is drapey, and it would be suitable for spring and autumn. The waist is not elastic. There is a 4 cm wide interfacing-like material inside.
