This is a set of three academic success pencils from Joshin-ji Temple in Oishida, Yamagata Prefecture. They are rectangular with rounded corners, so they won't roll away or fall off the desk! I kept them as a good luck charm without using them. I think they brought me good fortune, as I was able to pass the entrance exam for my desired university. The bags in images 4 and 5 are dirty, so only the pencils will be shipped. If you would still like the bags, even though they are dirty, please leave a comment.
