This is a Swan fountain pen made by Mabie Todd & Co. It's a leverless model, one of Swan's specialties. You fill it by twisting the end of the barrel (a so-called twist-filler mechanism). It's a small pen. It's about 112mm long when capped, and about 140mm when the cap is posted. The nib is, of course, 14k gold, size number one. The line width is fine. It has a bit of give, but its scratchy writing feel is its main characteristic. The pattern has a complex luster and is beautiful. Since it's a product from about seventy or eighty years ago, I'll mark it as "slightly damaged." I don't think there are any noticeable scratches. The imprint is still visible. However, the clip is slightly deteriorated. Also, it doesn't hold a large amount of ink. It's a vintage fountain pen from a considerable period, so it would be good for a collection, but it's perfectly usable.
