I purchased these new, and my daughter used both pairs for about 1.5 seasons. They show signs of use, but are still usable. This is a set of two pairs, so I think they can be useful as your child grows. Since these are for children to wear, lightweight and easy-to-wear New Balance shoes are very useful. When we buy shoes, we make New Balance our first choice. I have also washed them, so you can use them immediately upon arrival.
