This is a pink panther PVC figure with a stamp pad from the German company Bully. It has a 1983 license notation, so it is believed to have been produced until the mid-1980s. It's rare to find one in good condition with its base. It is about 8cm tall, and I believe the condition is good with no major damage or paint peeling, but since it is quite old, please check the condition in the photos. Also, the label on the base is quite faded with age, so it has deteriorated significantly and I don't think it can be peeled off cleanly.
