Thank you for viewing. This is a polka dot raincoat from Wpc. I bought it new and used it a few times. There are no stains, but there are wrinkles from storage. There is a small spot on the tag and one side of the tag is coming off (see photo 4). Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, as this item has been stored at home after use.
