This is a domestic, official DVD, brand new. This is the retail version, not a rental copy. The shrink wrap has some scratches and small tears, but the disc itself has no noticeable damage. The stand in the photo is not included. Please refrain from extreme price negotiations. Please do not purchase if you have not asked questions beforehand, have not read the description, and then complain after receiving the item, saying "it's not what I expected."
