This is a sparkling skirt from the Scott Club brand "rouge vif." The green color and glitter thread shimmer beautifully. (It's difficult to convey the color, but the third image is the most representative.) I haven't had many opportunities to wear it, so it's a shame to leave it unworn. I hope to pass it on to someone who will use it.
