Very pretty blue raincoat, size 130cm. Designed to fit over a school backpack. Made of soft material, easy to wear. Used a few times when my child was small. There are some stains on the bag and hem. The bag had a name written on it, so I covered it and applied a name sticker. It's been stored away, so I haven't checked the water repellency.
