I bought this while traveling when I lived in the United States. This is a sombrero, a popular souvenir from Mexico. It is gorgeously decorated with red, white, and green threads, the colors of the Mexican flag, and silver sequins. I used it as interior decoration, so the white fabric has yellowed slightly, and the adhesive on the fabric has come off a bit, causing it to lift slightly.
