We have a direct contract with a Moroccan atelier to custom-make these for our Japanese customers, so the quality is far superior to those purchased at souvenir shops. Babouches use genuine leather (sheepskin) and are tanned using traditional methods. These babouches are made to minimize odor and are part of the odorless series, but individual perceptions of smell vary, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to smells.
