It was originally shorts. I remade them into a skirt style. I can't find the material tag. It's mostly cotton, with a slight blend of stretch yarn. It has some stretch horizontally. Please see the photos for design and measurements. Since the hem would roll up when wearing leggings or tights, I added a lining. I disassembled a washable nagajuban (under-kimono) and hand-sewed the fabric on. You can remove it if you don't like it. It comes off easily. (17) Photo 8: There is a brown stain from storing the nagajuban. The overall brown appearance is the pattern, not a stain. It has belt loops, so the waist can be adjusted. Since it's children's clothing, there's elastic inside the waist for size adjustment. It has been worn, so there is some fading. Thank you to those who understand. The black part in the center is double-layered, so it's not sheer. It also has stretch, so it's easy to move in and you can even ride a bicycle. I think it corresponds to women's S-M, L.
