This is a cape blouse from United Arrows. I'm selling it because I've only worn it once after purchasing it and have been storing it. I hope someone will get a lot of use out of it. The sleeves are cape-like, as shown in the third photo. It is put on and taken off by unbuttoning the single button at the back. Thank you!
