This is a brand new, unworn skirt from TO BE CHIC. I removed the tags, but I believe it cost around 30,000 yen. It's made with high-quality, glossy fabric and has a light, airy design. I kept it in my closet, never wearing it because I wanted to take good care of it. I'd like to pass it on to someone who will wear it.
