This is everything in the picture. There is some lifting on the back of the point rail, and it's a little wobbly, but the point switching and vehicles passed through normally. Because it's wobbly, I'm selling it at a bargain price. This is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details.
