I purchased this for riding my bicycle to pick up and drop off my child at kindergarten, and I've worn it 2-3 times. The cuffs have elastic, and it has a front zipper, so it's easy to put on and take off without having to pull it over your head. Shoe covers are also included, but I've never used them. I took them out for the photo. These have a double hem with elastic on the inside. I believe it can still be used. This is a used item stored at home, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details.
