I'm not sure what the proper term is, but it's a top. The sleeves and hem are shorter than when I bought it, so that's the design. Since it's quite old, I think the fabric itself has become loose. The neckline, too, I think, is more worn than when I bought it. I don't see any noticeable stains or dirt at a glance, but there are people who get abusive when they find something I missed, so please only purchase if you're okay with the possibility of a missed stain.
