This is a brand new, unused jewelry box. It's made of an elegant, pearl white, faux leather-like material. It comes with a dedicated key. When you insert the key into the gold-colored keyhole, it locks. The key has a slight discoloration, but it was there from the beginning. It's not rust, but rather a change in color. The gold-colored hardware still has the original plastic covering. It can store necklaces, rings, and earrings, and has a drawer at the bottom for watches, brooches, etc. The lid closes with a snap, and you can open it by pressing the side protrusions.
