I used this for about two weeks after giving birth when I was supplementing with formula. After that, I was exclusively breastfeeding, so I didn't use it. I kept it for emergencies, but I'm selling it now that I've started weaning. The instruction manual and all accessories are included. I will put it back in its original box and ship it with a paper bag or similar to prevent it from getting dirty. (There's nothing that will break, so I won't wrap it in bubble wrap.)
