I'm selling this because my cat won't use it. I bought it for my cat, but it's completely unused. I only opened it to set it up on the bed. The box is included, but I plan to send it via Nekopos (a Japanese postal service), so I will fold the box in half if you need it. I'll also include the instruction manual. I only opened it about two days ago, so I don't think there are any particular smells. :)
