This is a Casetify charm set. Image 4 shows charms that are sold exclusively at the Takanawa Gateway store. You can customize them as shown in images 5-6. I prefer to sell them as a set, but individual sales are also possible. The charms in images 2-3 are worth over 1200 yen each, so it's a good deal.
