This is a field parka from the German Army (formerly West Germany). It's a vintage piece from 1959. It features a thick olive-gray cotton satin shell and a removable boa liner. Both the shell and liner are the same size and year. Size: 170/88 Shoulder width: 48cm, Body width: 58cm, Length: 84cm, Sleeve length: 60cm There is a small hole on the front, and the original front buttons were attached in a misaligned position, so they have mostly been reattached. The area where the original buttons were attached, which had weakened and formed a small hole, has been hand-repaired. No other notable stains or damage are visible. The design was largely unchanged from the 1950s to the 1990s, so there are many of these parkas in total, but most of those available are from the 1970s or later.
