It's a handwritten illustration by an unknown artist. Perhaps it's original artwork for the cover of a science fiction fanzine. I thought it was a wonderful illustration, like the crystallization of the passion of the first generation of otaku, with a bande dessinée style in the 1970s, before Katsuhiro Otomo's AKIRA and Dōmu, which was cutting-edge at the time.
