This is a two-handed rod from Terao Rods, bearing the name of Matt Suzuki, a legendary steelhead angler from Vancouver. It's unclear whether this is a signature model or a custom order, but in any case, it's likely a very rare rod. I am not entirely certain, so I have included many images. Regarding the condition, there are damages, scratches, and age-related stains from normal use. The cork has some blemishes. The reel seat also has scratches. I don't think there is any critical damage, but it is a rod from several decades ago. I acquired it used, and it has only been inspected by an amateur, so there is a possibility of missing or altered parts (restoration). Please understand that it is not possible to capture all scratches and stains. There may also be other oversights, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection.
