Golden Magic Apron Style Kitty I believe this was a prize for Score Attack. It was a card you could get by taking a picture after scoring a certain number of points and applying through the official website. It was sent to me in the condition shown in the second image. I used this in a sleeve for play. There are scratches as shown in the third image. The frame has peeling in several places (see images 4 and 5, there are other places not pictured).
