This is a French military nylon pullover. The color is easy to match, and I think it will be easy to wear in the coming season. I also think the E, I, and S logo embroidery is cool. There is damage to the zipper pull and a small hole on the front of the product, but there are no problems with wearing it. American military nylon jackets are widely available, but this one is rare.
