This is a game-worn baseball cleat used by Seibu Lions pitcher, Taira Imai. I received it from a friend who won it at a Lions event a few years ago. It's a player-exclusive item, so the tag says "special order." The size is unknown as it's a custom order, but I believe it's around 27.0 to 27.5 cm.
