Kobaien: Founded in 1577, it is the oldest ink maker in Japan, and several of its buildings are registered as tangible cultural properties. Tagajo Monument: An ancient stone monument located in Tagajo City, Miyagi Prefecture, and is counted as one of the three oldest monuments in Japan, along with the Nasu Kokuzo Monument in Tochigi Prefecture and the Tako Monument in Gunma Prefecture. This Tagajo Monument is also known for being visited by Matsuo Basho in his "Narrow Road to the Interior." It was designated as a national treasure in Reiwa 6 (2024). Lacquer Ink: Ink characterized by its jet-black, lustrous color.
