This is a mobile pocket with a tissue case made from cotton broadcloth and cotton gingham check fabric. An iron-on name tape is attached to the inside for labeling. A set of band clips is included. It can be washed in the washing machine on the delicate cycle. Reshaping and hanging to dry will reduce wrinkles. When ironing, avoid the Velcro and use a medium heat setting. I made this with an arrangement based on a recipe from baby&kids handmade.
