This is a lovely black tunic with a beautiful jeweled design on the chest. It can be worn as a blouse and would look cute with pants. The size is likely M-L. The tag says "3". The sleeves are the popular sheer style, which is very cute. I forgot where I bought it, but I purchased it and kept it at home with the tag on. I have never worn it.
