Everything in the photos is included. I believe this is the Heartlake City Movie Theater set, but several parts are missing. Some incorrect parts are also mixed in. Please consider this as junk. No individual sales. No box or instructions included. Will be shipped disassembled. I wiped it down lightly, but it was on display, so there may still be dust. Will be shipped with simple packaging.
