This is a YSL rive gauche "Mombasa" shoulder bag. This shoulder bag, designed by Tom Ford, is a representative piece featuring animal horn parts on the strap. I purchased it about 20 years ago at a YSL boutique in Motomachi, Kobe. As it is genuine leather, there is some aging. The leather at the strap adjustment part (where the round holes are) shows some delamination, but it does not affect its usability.
