Since I'm not using these, I'd appreciate it if someone else could. I purchased these new and used them. I was using different shoes, so these were stored. They have been cleaned, but there are some stains that won't come off. The inside heel area is torn. I recommend replacing the insoles. I think they can be used normally. These are used items.
