These are Urban Research pants. They are 70% cotton, 25% polyester, and 5% polyurethane. They are slacks, but more like chinos. The actual size is around 82-83. The size is marked as 38. Please adjust the belt. They can be worn low-waisted. The rise is about 27-28cm, the inseam is about 80cm, the leg opening is about 19-19.5cm. There are two back pockets. Shipping is free.
