This is a plastic piccolo purchased as a junk item from a recycle shop. The head joint cap is loose. I think it will be fine if the cork is replaced. I'm a clarinet player, so I don't know much about piccolos, but it plays without any problems, so I've been playing it for fun. I'm selling this because I bought a wooden piccolo. The hard case has some rust. The instrument body itself looks clean, with no peeling or rust on the keys. A cleaning rod and cork grease are not included.
