I purchased this nearly 20 years ago, but I never really learned how to use it, so I just stored it in its box. It includes the main unit, power adapter, box, and instruction manual. When listing it, I turned it on and confirmed that it powers up without any issues. I haven't connected it to a guitar, so I haven't checked the sound. Regarding shipping, I plan to attach the shipping label directly to the outer box and send it as is.
