I've worn these a few times, but the size feels a bit small for me, so I'm selling them. (The size is listed as 38.) I usually wear 23.5-24.0 cm, and they felt a little snug, so I think they would fit someone who wears around 23.0-23.5 cm with a comfortable amount of room.
