I've worn it twice, and I think it's in good condition. The top is T-shirt material (color: gray), and the skirt part is a floral lace fabric (color: off-white). (Lined) There's elastic in the waist. Measurements are taken flat: dress length approximately 86cm, body width approximately 45cm, waist approximately 35cm (elastic, so it stretches). Please note that there may be slight variations due to amateur measurements. * The tag size is F (Free Size), but I've listed it as M based on the measurements.
