This is a novelty item from JAS (Japan Air System) from quite a while ago. It's an airline that no longer exists. It was on display, so it's a bit dirty, and the ball chain is tarnished. The paper sticker with the JAS logo is also dirty. The stuffed animal's arms and legs move. The ribbon is warped from being stored. It's about 11cm tall and 7cm wide.
