There is an artist's name on the bottom, but I, being an amateur, don't know it either. It has been displayed for many years, so it has not been used as a salt cellar and is believed to be new and unused. A spoon for scooping salt is not included. There is no outer box. As a service, I will include a wooden stand, but it is an old item, so the stand has scratches. Please also note that there are traces of sticker removal on the back of the stand. As it is fragile, I will pack it carefully, but I cannot be held responsible for accidents during shipping.
