This is a set of two memo pads: Lupin the 3rd and New Obake no Q-Taro. These are a type of character stationery once manufactured and sold by Seika Co., Ltd. (now Sunstar Stationery Co., Ltd.). The "Oba Q" one has different illustrations in the first and second halves. These were kept as part of a collection. There are some signs of wear, such as slight scratches and minor damage. Also, there are stains and dirt due to aging (especially on the inside of the covers). Overall, there may be some fading. *Although they should be unused, there might be one or two pages missing.
