Marked: GERMANY US ZONE It appears to be the Melrose pattern, made between 1946 and 1949. There is one spot where the paint is faded. It doesn't catch when touched, so it's not a chip. Image 9 There is a stain like in the photo, which I believe is from the manufacturing process. Image 10 There is no peeling on the gold parts, but it feels like the gold has lost its luster due to age. It's in quite good condition for something over 75 years old.
